Privacy

Your data stays yours, and the controls stay in reach.

Our privacy philosophy is straightforward: we will never sell user data. We do not review user content unless you explicitly ask us to help with something or we are required to respond to a legal request. And when a feature relies on providers like OpenAI, xAI, Google AI, Anthropic, Fireworks AI, Cerebras, or ElevenLabs, their privacy policies still apply to the processing they perform on our platform.

The practical result is direct control. Use Account > Settings to download what we store, clear stored content while keeping the account, or remove the account entirely. You do not have to wait for an emailed export link from us just to get your data out.

Self-serve controls

The page should tell you exactly which button to press.

This is the practical difference between exporting your data, wiping content while keeping the account, and removing the account completely.

  1. 1

    Grab a copy first.

Use Download all data as ZIP when you want a copy without changing anything else.

  2. 2

Keep the account or leave it.

Clear all data and Download & Delete All Info keep the account shell. Delete Account removes it.

  3. 3

    Use memory controls separately.

Memory behavior lives in Account > Memories, where reads, writes, and saved entries stay reviewable.

Questions

Short answers first.

Same philosophy as the FAQ page: clear language, exact button names, and no soft promises that are not backed by the product.

Open Account > Settings and press Download all data as ZIP.

That export keeps your account untouched and gives you a ZIP file containing the account content we currently expose for export.

Use the controls when you need them.

Open the account settings to manage data directly, or read the full legal policy when you want the longer version.
